Who We Are
WestProp Holdings Limited is a multi-award-winning luxury properties developer and has been leading the property development industry in Harare, Zimbabwe, since 2007. We made history by becoming the first property development company to list on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange on the 29th of April 2023.
We have over sixteen years of experience in real estate development in Zimbabwe with a portfolio of completed and under-construction projects. Our strategic plan to develop real estate worth over US$5 billion is now in full swing with more than 1,000 residential units namely, Homeland 263, Pokugara Clusters Phase 1 and 2, Pokugara Residential homes/stands, Gunhill Rise, Pomona City stands phase 1A and phase 1B and C, Millennium Heights Apartments Block 1, 2,3 and 4. Our retail development, Mbudzi Market, was completed in 2015 and is operational and fully let.
We have a vision of laying “one billion bricks by 2050” under the mantra “Bringing Dubai to Zimbabwe” which means the development and construction of Dubai-style buildings in Zimbabwe. Our primary focus is on meeting customers’ needs by serving as master planners, financiers, and developers of both residential and commercial properties. These properties are designed to be sustainable and appropriately built within the Greater Harare Area.
We aim to enhance our development by implementing modern technology and cost-saving methodologies. We plan to achieve this by simultaneously developing multiple projects across the city and establishing and maintaining relationships with top service providers along the planning, development, and funding value chain.
We are developing the land bank to establish a lasting legacy of valuable real estate in Zimbabwe. We aim to become the leading real estate developer for tomorrow’s market in Zimbabwe and Africa as a whole.
In future, we plan to develop the Mall of Zimbabwe, which promises to be one of Africa’s largest shopping centres, a hub where people can eat, shop, work, and play. We also plan to elevate the tourism and hospitality sector with the development of a first-ever PGA Championship standard golf course, along with luxurious residential and hotel properties, as part of the US$280 million Golf Estate project.

Our History
WestProp was established in 2007 as a privately owned Property Development company focused initially on real estate in Harare. It has over thirty three years’ experience in real estate development in Zimbabwe including two main projects namely, Kuwadzana 4 Extension a housing project of approximately 4,500 residential homes and Mainway Meadows an infrastructural development of 168HA in Waterfalls were we town planned, subdivided, marketed and sold well over 2,300 serviced, surveyed and titled residential stands, which now accommodate substantial middle income homes.
Based on its local experience in the property development sector in Zimbabwe, West Property through its parent entered into a Public Private Partnership Joint Venture with the City of Harare to develop its land bank and construct the Airport Highway in its entirety, from the Harare Main Airport to Enterprise Road, in a land barter arrangement as payment.
The land bank is now where we focus our development effort with a view to creating a legacy of lasting value in real estate developments in Zimbabwe.
