As we progress into the year, we’re thrilled to share key updates from the Millennium Heights construction site. January has been a month of impressive achievements, laying the groundwork for the next stages of our development. Here’s a look at what’s been accomplished.
January Highlights:
First-Floor Western Wing Slab Poured: A significant milestone has been reached with the successful pouring of the first-floor slab for the western wing. This marks a critical phase in the structural build, establishing a solid foundation for the next steps in the project.
Ground Floor Brickwork Progressing: The brickwork on the ground floor is advancing steadily, with several walls now taking shape. This stage is crucial in defining the building’s layout and form, ensuring the structure comes to life.
First Fix Plumbing on Ground Floor: The first phase of plumbing works on the ground floor has been completed. Water lines and drainage systems are now in place, setting the stage for subsequent stages of the build.

Looking Ahead to February:
Second-Floor Slab Pouring: We have done the concrete pour for second-floor slab This step is another pivotal moment in the development, advancing us toward completing the building’s core structure.
Steel Fixing for Columns: We’ve begun the steel fixing process for the columns, reinforcing the structure to ensure its stability as the building rises. This phase is vital for the safety and durability of the entire structure.
Sewer Line 50% Complete: The installation of the sewer line is progressing well, with 50% of the work now finished. This essential utility will soon be fully integrated into the building, ensuring compliance with all necessary codes and preparing the site for future occupancy.
We are excited about the momentum we’ve built and look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to bring this vision to life. Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in our work. Stay tuned for further progress!
